About 2 months ago, we informed you through our Newsletter, of the imminent recognition of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation as a Premier Cru.

Birth of Théo, the first son of Olivier and Corinne.

Purchase of 80 ares of Saint-Véran le Grand Bussière

Birth of Paul, the second son of Olivier and Corinne.
5 septembre 1997

Creation of Merlin SARL
6 novembre 1997

Purchase of the Touziers winery in La Roche-Vineuse.
Millésime 1999

First vinification in the Touziers cellar
20 juillet 2004

80% of the vineyard is destroyed by a hailstorm in 20 minutes
19 juillet 2006

Purchase of 1.7 hectares of Moulin à Vent

Construction of the new cellar
