To manage our vineyard, a permanent trained team works alongside us.
Each person working with us is specialized in one area – vine cultivation, winemaking, marketing or administration. Yet our team is versatile, know-how is passed on. People who are passionated about the world of wine are recruited and trained on the estate.
We need a lot of manpower for periodic work. In the spring, six seasonal workers come to strengthen the team. For the harvest, 40 people accompany us for two weeks.
