For 10 years, the "Pouilly-Fuissé" PDO's Defence and Management Organisation (ODG) and the INAO have been working on the recognition of these first growths of the appellation by studying in particular the reputation, uses and natural characteristics of the plots.

2018 : Le bonheur est à la cave !

L’hiver 2017 – 2018 et le printemps 2018 ont été particulièrement pluvieux avec un cumul de précipitations 2,5 fois supérieur à la normale. Les réserves d’eau sont assurées pour plusieurs mois. Dès mi-avril, les températures remontent rapidement favorisant le débourrement de la vigne, suivi d’une explosion de la végétation. Nous observons une très belle sortie de raisins.
